We encounter God’s presence through uplifting and creative worship services, with biblically-based preaching that engages the congregation and empowers daily life. The worship service brings us together to sing God’s praise, share concerns in prayer, and hear God’s Word.  Communion is shared the first Sunday of each month.  Our worship incorporates a blend of traditional and contemporary music on the piano and organ, with upbeat and meaningful music provided by our choir.

The CBC Bell Choir, affectionately known as the “Joyful Noise Bell Choir” is open to Youth in grades 6 and up and adults.  We rehearse on Thursday evenings at 6:30 to 7:00 pm.  Our goals are to learn new music, practice ringing skills and to have a great time!  We share our music in the worship service approximately once a month.  Potential members should contact Director Sue Pastorek at (630) 636—6051 for more information.

The Adult Choir of CBC, currently with 17 members, rehearses each Thursday evening from 7:15 to 8:30 pm in the Education Building.  We sing a variety of styles of music, including contemporary Christian, hymn tunes, classics and spirituals.   We perform a cantata each Christmas as part of the Sunday School Christmas pagent and will perform an Easter Canata this spring.  While our choir is fortunate to have a great balance on all parts, we are always looking for new members to join our fun-loving group.  Contact Director of Music, Sue Pastorek at (630) 898-6059 for more information.
