Rev. Connie Stone, Interim Minister

Pastor Connie has a diverse career in ministry.  She served at Bacone College as Director of Student Development, taught at Triton Community College, is a Chaplin at Edward Hospital and has served as pulpit supply from Ohio to Kodiak, Alaska.  Rev. Stone earned her Master of Divinity from Northern Baptist Theological Seminary in Lombard, Illinois.  She brings a compassionate, caring and loving concern to the people she serves.

Patricia Anderson, Interim Middle School Youth Minister

Patricia Anderson has been attending the Northern Baptist Theological Seminary in Lombard, Illinois for the past few years while attending our church.  She has studied closely with Pastor Diane and has worked with the Middle School Youth Group for a couple of years and has graciously offered to continue working with the Middle School Youth Group through this transitional  time.

Sue Pastorek, Director of Music

Our Director of Music, Sue Pastorek is celebrating her 16^th year at Community Baptist Church.  Sue has been teaching Elementary and Middle School General and Choral music in the Indian Prairie School District #204 for over 30 years.  Sue earned both her bachelor’s degree in Music Education and her Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from North Central College in Naperville.  She is married to John Pastorek and they have a daughter, Amy.
